WHAT DO I NEED TO RIDE?
To rent a jet ski, you must be 18+ with a valid government-issued ID and a major credit card for the security deposit. All drivers must complete a safety orientation prior to departure.
IS SAFETY GEAR PROVIDED?
Absolutely. Every rental includes premium life jackets for all riders and a comprehensive safety briefing. Your well-being is our top priority at Ratliff Rentals.
HOW LONG CAN I RENT FOR?
We offer flexible rental durations ranging from quick two-hour sessions to full-day adventures. Competitive pricing is available for extended bookings to ensure you have the best experience on the water.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start time are subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
WHY IS THERE A BOOKING FEE?
This $50 fee secures your specific time slot, guaranteeing availability and preventing double bookings.
WHEN IS MY SECURITY DEPOSIT RETURNED?
Deposits are usually released same-day. If an inspection finds damage, a hold may last up to 72 hours.
